Ambassador (You)

Must be enrolled for at least one session in 2025.
Rewards for referrals will only be applied when your friends have confirmed/paid registrations with our Camp.
The new referral must confirm (while registering) who referred them.
Earn $170 tuition credit for each new camper who attends in Summer 2025. Get FREE tuition in 2025 when you enroll 5 new campers.

Prospects (Referred families)

The referral must be somebody whose family has never attended camp before.
If a Discount code is offered, then it can be applied to any program.
Reward is void if referred friend cancels registration.
Cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
Prospects will receive a promo code to earn $15 gift shop credit.

The Camp

Reserves the right to add or remove rewards at their discretion.
Can change the reward offered without notice.
Can end the program without prior warning.

In detail…

Employees of the camp or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter.
The camp reserves the right to change the beginning or end date.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Camp reserves the right to disqualify anyone they may believe has not completed selected tasks.
The camp reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
The camp is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date with instructions on how to claim the prize.
Cheating for entries in any way (referring yourself using different emails or similar tactics) will disqualify you.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions will be governed by the country the camp is located in and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of that country.
Entry will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
